Easter Workshop and Sports Relief

On Friday 18th March 2016, we held our Easter Workshop for the children and their parents and carers to enjoy several enjoyable activities together that we had set up in the classrooms, such as decorating Easter biscuits, making Easter themed bracelets and Easter cards. We had 25 parents and carers attend the Workshop and also held an Easter Egg hunt in our outside area.

As this day was also Sports Relief day  the staff and children were invited to come to Pre-school dressed in sporty gear for a donation of £1.00. The parents who had attended the Easter Workshop were invited to stay and watch the children take part in an Egg and Spoon race, an obstacle course and a sack race.We raised £24.87 for this worthy cause.

Parents Comments:

“loved the obstacle course and bracelet making”.

“Well organised and a lot of fun”.
