Easter Bonnets

We held an Easter Workshop during the last week of term, where we invited all of the parents and carers into Pre-school to make fun Easter activities with their child. These workshops were well attended by parents and carers and we all enjoyed taking part in the Easter Egg Hunt in the outside area. Thank you to all of those parents that showed their support. We also held an Easter Bonnet Competition for the children and were very impressed with the standard of bonnets brought into Pre-school. World Book Day

World Book Day

We celebrated World Book Day on Thursday 14th March 2019 by reading a different story every day and having fun related activities for the children to complete. On World Book Day the children came to Pre-school dressed as their favourite book character or in their dressing up clothesand Dionne, our local Usborne representative came to Pre-school and read the children some stories which the children enjoyed. Beep Beep Day and Red Nose Day

We held our first Beep Beep Day on Wednesday 20th March 2019. The day was spent learning about road safety through a range of activities, we spoke to the children about road safety, how they got to school that day and the importance of wearing a seat belt in the car, we painted road signs and made a zebra crossing in our outside area which the children could only cross when the traffic (bikes and ride on cars) had passed on the crossing.
