Easter Bonnets
We held an Easter Workshop during the last week of term, where we invited all of the parents and carers into Pre-school to make fun Easter activities with their child. These workshops were well attended by parents and carers and we all enjoyed taking part in the Easter Egg Hunt in the outside area. Thank you to all of those parents that showed their support. We also held an Easter Bonnet Competition for the children and were very impressed with the standard of bonnets brought into Pre-school. We have had a very busy summer term; We held a Stay, Read and Play in May 2017 where we read “Dear Zoo”. As we are an accredited Sunsafe Nursery, the children sang the “Slip,Slap,Slop Song” to our parents and we gave out sunhats for the children to wear and keep during the summer months. We held a dad’s Stay and Play in June 2017 , where the dad’s and male carers came in and spent time playing with their children.
